I work as a consultant to organisations and teams focused on developing a strategy for digital learning. I focus on designing effective responses to the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation. This ranges from reviewing current technologies and tools to set a new strategy, reviewing and supporting user experience design, data analysis and reporting and advising on how to manage products and content to meet user needs. Frequently this requires working with senior decision makers and stakeholders to bring digital projects to life in support of business goals.
